How do create a ticket in labtech

  1. Locate the STM icon in your system tray (usually at the bottom right-hand corner of thescreen)
  2. Right click on the STM icon and choose create service ticket
  3. Fill in the ticket details window and click send

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://remotemail.stmsupport.com/owa
2. Sign in using your existing credentials
3. Click on the “Options” button on the top right corner and choose “Change your password”.
4. Enter in your current password and new password, then click “Save”.
5. Your new password takes effect immediately and you will use it next time you log in to your email or the remote environment.
