Go to https://cloud.stmsupport.com from any web enabled computer to log into your Citrix Environment.
Go to https://remotemail.stmsupport.com to get to Outlook Web Access.
- Locate the STM icon in your system tray (usually at the bottom right-hand corner of thescreen)
- Right click on the STM icon and choose create service ticket
- Fill in the ticket details window and click send

- Create using your Labtech Tray Icon
- Go to https://cw.stmsupport.com/support
1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://remotemail.stmsupport.com/owa
2. Sign in using your existing credentials
3. Click on the “Options” button on the top right corner and choose “Change your password”.
4. Enter in your current password and new password, then click “Save”.
5. Your new password takes effect immediately and you will use it next time you log in to your email or the remote environment.
- Browse to http://receiver.citrix.com
- Click “download receiver”
- Accept the License agreement
- Choose “run” when prompted
- Click Install
- Wait for Installation to complete
